Scheme of work

In an approach which seeks to build a framework for analysing, evaluating, monitoring, and closing MEDA projects, this outline of questions, issues and ideas will enable us to develop standards against which MEDA makes decisions on project selection, funding, monitoring and project reporting. After analysing all these issues, a strategy document will be formulated to ensure consistency, transparency and efficiency. We shall go through all of these issues and try to find answers to them during our phone conferences, and in consulation with subject matter experts.
Although this is a private work space, only for MEDA project committee members, and interested Moghamoans, when the MEDA website goes live, content from this work space shall be used to populate the Projects section of the Web site.
