II. The Giant Water Project

· To develop and present to the NEC a comprehensive Giant water Project plan for Moghamo and blue print for the implementation of the project

· To provide documentation and meeting minutes on water project from Cameroon

· To locate and hand over all documentation and contacts on the project to the MEDA-USA Secretary General
