Convention Planning Committee

Goals:

· To organize convention planning meeting and events

· To work with local chapter’s leadership and members to identify convention resources

· To work with local chapter’s leadership and NEC to create a convention agenda

· To identify and secure all convention facilities within six months of the scheduled convention date

· To coordinate and manage relationship between the NEC, committee chairs and local chapters in convention planning

· To select keynote speakers, and coordinate invitation of other organizations and leaders
